Northern House School Academy Trust is a provider of education for children with specialist needs. Their CEO commissioned Design for education to look at the multi academy trust branding to provide them with a cohesive identity which could be rolled out across its schools.
The lead school in the trust is Northern House Oxford and they are based in a stunning building in the centre of Oxford called Northern House. We used this iconic building as the starting point for the multi academy trust branding. We wanted to show that whilst modern in its approach and techniques the trust came from strong traditional principals. The illustration of Northern House coupled with a modern font achieved this goal.
The trust is growing rapidly with sites across the midlands and most recently in Wokingham. The new multi academy trust branding has been rolled out across all sites.
