As well as these visits children inYear 6 participate in an annual residential trip. Some of the places they have visited include London and France.

Taking Risks

The ability to take a risk, feeling secure in the knowledge that tomakemistakes is a crucial step in learning, is a value that we hold close to our hearts

at Hayfield Lane. Solid foundations allowour children to take chances, try new things, celebrate changes and step outside their comfort zones into

places that challenge themas learners and as people. This ethos ismodelled by all members of staff and extends to howwe teach, lead and plan for

the future.

Success for All

To be successful at Hayfield Lane Primary is to havework that represents excellence on a personal level. If it is the very best that it can be

, if a child has strived to achieve their best through hardwork, then it represents

success.We

believe that all our childrenwill be successful

andwework hard to find and nurture children’s talents.

Through a culture of excellence and success for all, our children aremotivated and strive to do their best as independent learners, taking

pride in their own successes and those of others.

For our children there are no glass ceilings or pre-conceived limits to ability; our teamwill always go the extramile to help a child succeed.
