We deliver very specific sessions to children to help themdiscuss
their feelings positively. We ensure that the children have all the
necessary skills to enable themto have the tools to support
their positive self esteemandmental health as they get older.
First Aid for Feelings
We have our very own Phoenix Parliament withmembers
elected in the Autumn term. The children learn about democracy
as part of this. Themembers of the parliament are encouraged to
discuss andmake decisions about a variety of issues in school.

Take Five is delivered throughout school. It is a
resilience and capacity building skill set based
on breathing, grounding and awareness. Take
Five enables our school to remain calmwhere
children feel valued and safe.
